Castle Road and Castle Road Roundabout will be closed from 20:00 until 06:00 from 03/08/2026 - 12/08/2026. The Activ8, X4 and PR11 will divert via Endless Street, Bedwin Street, Estcourt Road to St Marks Roundabout then via St Marks Avenue, Somerset Road, Cambridge Road then Devonshire Road to re-join Castle Road. This will be in both directions for the duration. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
[R8] Buses on Diversion
Please be aware that due to a closure in Lower Bemerton, buses will have to operate on diversion and will unfortunately be unable to serve any stops from Bemerton Farm to Salisbury Railway Station. Please use Fisherton Street Rail Bridge or Albion Bungalows stops as alternatives. Buses will also serve stops along Wilton Road which can be used as alternative stops. Expect delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.
