School and College passes are now available on our app!

Great news for the new term, you can now purchase student passes for both Burgate and Wiltshire College on the Salisbury Reds app.
Students can either purchase passes directly on the app OR parents/carers can purchase passes via their own account and gift them to the student.
Burgate passes on the app
There are two zone choices for Burgate passes. These are:
Burgate School Salisbury area
Valid on Burgate School services B1-B6 & 763 from locations in the Salisbury area (all of the Salisbury Saver zone), Whiteparish, West Grimstead, Nomansland, Landford, Hamptworth and the Chalke Valley.
You can purchase your tickets directly on our app or by using your app login details on our tickets page.
Burgate School Inner area
Valid on Burgate School services B1-B6 & 763 from Charlton All Saints, Downton, Woodfalls, Morgan's Vale, Breamore, Damerham and Sandleheath.

Wiltshire Schools and College passes on the app
Scholars passes for Wiltshire schools and colleges in the 2022-23 academic year are available directly on the app, or by entering your app login details on our tickets page.
Other schools
Laverstock Schools - route 675
Valid on route 675 to Laverstock Schools and the Salisbury Reds network, Monday to Friday.

Test Valley School - route 287
Valid on route 287 across the entire school route.

Gifting passes on the app
If you would like to gift a student a pass, you can do this via your existing app account. If you don't already have the app, download to your smartphone and create an account to get started.
Within your account, simply navigate to the relevant pass:

Select 'buy now' and choose the 'it's a gift for someone else' option. You'll then be asked to enter the email address of the student you're gifting. They must have an app account to receive this. Once you've paid, the pass will show up in the recipient's mobile tickets section on their app menu. Simple!
No data - no problem...
We know many young people don't have unlimited supplies of data. Our app tickets only need to be connected to the internet or 4G every 3 days so they can continue to use their tickets them. If someone needs to reconnect, when you go onto the ticket section it will give you a prompt to connect to use your tickets as per the below.
