Long-serving local bus driver Pete Kellow scoops our top award

Congratulations to bus driver Pete Kellow, after being named employee of the year at Salisbury Reds.

Having recently received a long service award, Pete has consistently demonstrated an outstanding work ethic and a deep understanding of customer service, according to Salisbury Reds managing director, Ed Wills.

“Pete exemplifies commitment, professionalism and excellence in everything he does,” said Ed Wills.

“He was nominated for this award by another Salisbury Reds team member, who recognised his exceptional attitude towards his work and the positive impact this has on those around him.

“Pete’s willingness to support others, share knowledge, and ‘go the extra mile’ embodies the very best of our culture here. For 25 years, Pete’s loyalty, expertise, and unwavering dedication have helped drive our success. His contribution is both valued and appreciated.

“Congratulations Pete. This award is richly deserved, and I wish you another successful year ahead.”

In recognition of his efforts, Pete received £1000 worth of vouchers and a framed certificate.
