As a company, we feel it is essential to reward our colleagues for their hard work and efforts in making Salisbury Reds a successful bus operator. As a Salisbury Reds customer, you get the opportunity to not only nominate who you feel should be in with a chance of winning our prestigious monthly employee award, Credit to the Company, but you yourself could win free travel for doing so!
Here’s how it works...
Did you receive excellent customer service while travelling with Salisbury Reds? If so, simply complete our short nomination form with as much detail about your experience as possible. Once you click 'finish', your nomination will be put forward to be considered with all of our colleagues that received a nomination this month.
What does it mean to our colleagues to be crowned Credit to the Company?
The winner will receive:
- A personalised winner's certificate
- £50 worth of Love2Shop vouchers
- Article in our internal weekly newsletter and social media promotion
- Photo displayed on the depot Credit to the Company winners wall of fame
- An invitation to the wider Go South Coast annual awards ceremony plus one

It's lovely to hear such positive comments about our team, and often you see things that we don't get to see and so we really appreciate you telling us.
Our winning Reds Credit to the Company will be announced on our social media pages, and if you were one of the ones who nominated our winner, you will go into a draw to win that free week's travel and we will contact you via the details on your nomination form.
