Full Terms and Conditions of Coronation Colouring Competition

By entering in accordance with these terms, entrants will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win complimentary travel described in Section 3 below. There will be one (1) winner who will win a free Group Dayrider ticket to use with Salisbury Reds. There will be no cash alternative, the prize is not transferrable and there will be no substitution of the prize. The prize must be claimed within the timeframe outlined in the "Winner Selection, Prizes and Fulfillment" section below and must be used in the time stated in section 3 "The Prize".
1. Entrants and Eligibility
This Prize Draw is open to all customers of Salisbury Reds who tag us in a photo, or send up a picture of their entry. Entrants must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older to send in an image. Employees and directors of The Go Ahead Group plc and its subsidiaries, including their spouses and direct family members, agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
By entering this Prize Draw, Eligible Persons agree to be bound by these Terms. Decisions made by Salisbury Reds in respect of these Terms and the Prize Draw are final and binding and Salisbury Reds will not enter into correspondence or discussion concerning any decision. The Prize Draw is open for entry between: 10:00 on 28/04/23 and 12:00 on 08/05/23. Entry is restricted to one entry per Eligible Person. Any attempt by an Eligible Person to enter the Prize Draw more than once by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registration, or any other methods will void all that Eligible Person’s entries.
2. Winner Selection
The name of the winning Eligible Person will be selected at random after the end of the Prize Draw Period and notified on Tuesday 9th May through the platform that the application was submitted. If a Prize Winner does not contact Salisbury Reds within 1 (one) day of being notified, that Prize Winner shall no longer be entitled to the Prize and a subsequent Prize Winner will be generated at random in accordance with these Terms. If necessary, this process will continue until a maximum of 2 (two) Prize Winner has been notified in relation to the Prize and if a Prize then still remains unclaimed it shall be deemed un-awarded and the Prize Draw is ended.
3. The Prize
The prize will be a Group Dayrider ticket which will be transferred to the app through upon receiving the winner's email address, which must have an account set up on the app. This day-rider must be activated to be used, but can be activated at the convenience of the winner.
4. General
All information submitted to Salisbury Reds as part of this Prize Draw will be treated in accordance with Salisbury Red's Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at salisburyreds.co.uk. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Entrants may request such action by sending a message to Salisbury Reds.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Prize Winner's or entrants statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of print.
As far as is permitted by law, Salisbury Reds, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Prize Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Salisbury Reds, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
By submitting your entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: a) assign to the Salisbury Reds all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and b)waive all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
Salisbury Reds reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the Prize Draw, or any other matter relating to, or arising out of, these Terms, Salisbury Red's decision shall be final. No written correspondence or verbal discussion will be entered into. This Prize Draw is governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and participants agree that the Courts of England and Wales shall settle any disputes arising out of it.
