theKey – system downtime on Tuesday 15th August
On Tuesday 15th August, our Key smartcard system will be undergoing maintenance from 1000 onwards for approximately 21 hours. This means that any top-ups made on the Key online after 1000 will not be ready to be collected/activated on the bus until after 1300 on Wednesday 16th August. Any top ups made before 1000 on Tuesday 15th August will be ready to use within 3 hours as normal.
Please ensure that any urgent top-ups are done online before 1000 on Tuesday 15th August or onboard the bus or in the travel shop. Customers topping up their Key card on the bus or in our travel shops will not be affected.
