Bus Stop Relocation - Willoughby Road, Larkhill - Monday 14th May Onwards - X4

During the redevelopment of the medical centre at Larkhill, the bus stop in Willoughby Road is being moved approximately 75 yards further along towards Fargo Close but please be aware that there will be several movements over the next 2 years as and when the building work dictates. To start, a temporary bus stop flag will be on site, however the contractors will be relocating the shelter shortly afterwards. The relocation will be in place for approximately 18 months after which a permanent bus stop will be located in the area. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

There are two diversionary routes which will be followed: Outbound from Salisbury: From Folly Bottom onto the A303 eastbound (Andover). then first left onto Amesbury Road, then left again onto A3028 (Amesbury) to Double Hedges. From here the normal route will be rejoined. Inbound to Salisbury: The Activ8, & 651(pm). From Double Hedges Mini Roundabouts turning right towards Durrington, This service will also serve the Bulford High Street bus stop. From Rangers Garage follow the same route as the X4 will be followed. X4. From Rangers Garage will turn right and continue to Stonehenge Inn Roundabout. Turning left and continue to Countess Roundabout. Turning left onto the A303, and taking the first exit, at Folly Bottom the normal route will be rejoined. 958 (am). From Salisbury Road turning right and continue to The Stonehenge Inn. Then turning left to Countess Roundabout, then continuing ahead to Amesbury Centre. 958 (pm). From Amesbury Centre at the traffic lights turning right onto London Road. At Folly bottom the same rote as ‘Outbound’ will be followed 675 (pm). In Bulford bearing left at the Rose & Crown, taking the second left (signed Amesbury), continuing to Double Hedges, then as the Activ8. * It is regretted the X4 will be unable to serve Bulford High Street when traveling towards Salisbury. Customers are asked to use the Activ8 service, which will also stop at the Bulford High Street stop. We apologise for any inconvenience.*
